Medical Records Technician Quality Innovation is responding to a proposal for a Medical Records Technician to provide administrative and records management support for medical case management operations supporting military readiness at the Vermont Army National Guard, Colchester, VT. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize Soldier medical records Upload, track, and validate medical documentation Enter and update data in MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and related systems Ensure records are complete and audit-ready Support monthly reporting and case tracking Coordinate document flow with providers and case managers Ensure compliance with Army medical record regulations Required Qualifications Experience in medical records, health admin, or HIM Knowledge of HIPAA and records handling Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Experience with military medical systems (preferred) RHIT/RHIA or similar certification (preferred)
