Description: Position Summary The Director of Budget and Financial Reporting is a senior Academic Professional responsible for leading the development, integration, and oversight of the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, and long-range financial planning activities. Reporting within the Finance leadership structure, this role serves as a key financial advisor to executive leadership, clinical and administrative leaders, and University partners. The Director plays a critical role in ensuring financial transparency, stewardship of public resources, and alignment between institutional strategy, operational performance, and University reporting requirements within a complex academic medical center environment.
