Requisition #: 1583 Job Title: Contracts Specialist Location: Remote Job Description Responsible for the preparation and administration of government and commercial contracts. Ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies, advises program teams on contractual obligations, and supports risk assessment and resolution of contractual issues. Education and Background Typically has a Bachelor's degree, with focus in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or related field preferred and a minimum 1 year in contracts, legal, or related profession. Years of Experience 1 year Required Skills Experience working with Federal Government contracts. Experience in reviewing and editing contract agreements including NDA and TA artifacts. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines. Strong work ethic and collaborative team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Ability to foster relationships both internally within the company and externally with prime contracts POCs. Preferred Skills Ability to effectively negotiate contract terms and conditions to maintain preferable outcomes and positive relationships. Ability to juggle competing priorities and utilize time management techniques to meet deadlines and complete tasks. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork and flexibility.
