Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support the financial, administrative, and operational activities that enable successful customer delivery and business operations for the Digital Solutions business. This role serves as a trusted operational owner across contracts, procurement, purchasing, vendor management, customer delivery operations, and office administration. The position ensures accuracy and compliance in core business processes, supports financial controls, improves workflow efficiency, and helps maintain a scalable business infrastructure for a growing organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and capable of independently managing cross-functional processes while balancing day-to-day priorities with broader operational needs.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Contracts, Delivery Administration & Compliance



  • Own contract administration, operational readiness, and lifecycle coordination in partnership with Customer Delivery leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Track contracts during implementation, expirations, go-live milestones, renewals, and amendments.
  • Coordinate invoice processes relative to contract compliance and commercial terms.
  • Ensure contract and procurement activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with audits and maintain accurate records for internal and external reviews.



Procurement, Purchasing & Vendor Management



  • Own purchasing and fulfillment workflows by preparing purchase requests, monitoring order status, and aligning deliveries with business and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, service levels, and issue resolution.
  • Support vendor onboarding, documentation collection, and ongoing vendor performance tracking.
  • Assist with broker coordination and international shipping documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and supplier consolidation.



Operational Finance & Business Administration



  • Monitor and analyze operational and commercial data related to commissions, incentive bonus attainment, and internal performance tracking.
  • Assist with quotations, internal approvals, commercial documentation, and special pricing coordination when required.
  • Generate reports on contract compliance, vendor performance, bookings, and incentive attainment.
  • Own day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable coordination activities for Digital Solutions and Talis HQ business needs.
  • Process checks, wires, deposits, and general banking support activities.



Inventory, Facilities & Operational Support



  • Maintain consignment asset tracking and visibility for customer-site assets.
  • Collaborate across the organization regarding inventory processes, accuracy, documentation updates, and cycle counts.
  • Assist with receiving documentation, asset lifecycle management, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Own office management needs including supplies, vendor services, mail processing, shipping/receiving coordination, and administrative support.



Facilities, Office & Cross-Functional Coordination



  • Partner with Finance, Customer Delivery, Demand Generation, Product, Quality, facility management, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of business processes and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Coordinate facility-related needs, office vendors, guest/visitor logistics, and workplace administrative activities for the Streetsboro site.
  • Support continuous improvement and standardization across administrative, financial, and operational workflows.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Business, Finance, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • 3-5 years experience in contract management, procurement, purchasing, or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, and Procurement Tools.
  • Ability to perform contract review, compliance analysis, and detailed administrative work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



Preferred Experience



  • QuickBooks software experience a plus
  • Administration of compensation or incentive structures
  • Vendor Relationship Management



Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions



  • Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions
  • Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments
  • May work extended hours during peak business cycles
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Primarily office-based role with occasional on-site support needs.



Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

$30 - $38 / hour
