Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or technical field or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience is required, plus 3 years of relevant work experience.; Prior production leadership experience is preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is required within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Utilizing your fundamental knowledge of production activities, the Advanced Manufacturing Coach Associate will act as a lead/supervisor by coordinating the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers who put together component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging or completed units. You'll review production schedules, material, and manpower resources in order to assign employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.

Target salary range: USD $32.60/Hr. - USD $34.97/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
