Job Description
ECU Department of Eastern AHEC Administration is currently seeking several Program Assistants.

Basic requirements/expectations:

  • Open/close the first floor each day.
  • Be the primary room setup person.
  • Assist during all programming/events as needed.
  • Answer questions/direct visitors.
  • Do spot-cleaning, restocking as needed.
  • Answer the phone and answer questions/transfer as needed.
  • Interact positively with all customers and staff.


Secondary requirements:

  • Learn and provide basic AV support.
  • Be willing to learn and accept tasks from other departments to work on during slow times.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
