- Surface risks, gaps, and opportunities early to ensure leadership teams remain ahead of potential challenges. Connect dots across teams, initiatives, and leaders to remove blockers and accelerate progress.
- Help ensure the stores leadership team operates with clarity, alignment, and focus on the highest-impact priorities.
- Manage sensitive business matters with discretion
- Support onboarding and alignment of new leaders within the stores organization.
Qualifications and Competencies:

- Experience supporting large-scale business initiatives or transformation efforts
- Experience with P&L performance management, strategic planning, or enterprise project leadership strongly preferred
- Luxury retail familiarity is a plus; intellectual curiosity about the industry is essential
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a differentiator
What Sets You Apart:
- You think three steps ahead and anticipate what leaders will need before it becomes urgent.
- You are highly analytical and commercially grounded, with a strong understanding of what drives retail performance.

- You build trust quickly and operate with absolute discretion when handling sensitive information.
- You thrive in ambiguity and can bring structure and momentum to complex problems.
- You focus on outcomes and business impact, not just activity.
