Staff Clinical Supervisor

This is a 9-month staff position involving clinical practicum supervision in the Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) Program. The CSD Program offers a B.A. in Communication on Sciences and Disorders, an M.S. in Speech Language Pathology, and an undergraduate minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

* Master of Science or Arts Degree in Speech Language Pathology

* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA)

* Current Illinois State Licensure through Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regula on (IDFPR) * Current CPR Certification (BLS + AED)

* 9 months full time experience (or part-time equivalent) in clinical service delivery after receiving Certificate of Clinical Competence.

* Recent speech language pathology practice is preferred.

* Minimum of 2-hours of professional development in clinical instruction/supervision.

* Availability to work independently in the late afternoon, evenings, and Saturday mornings preferred

* Experience to work across the lifespan and disorder areas strongly preferred

* Work hours are during activate fall and spring semesters (16-weeks each)

* Bilingual preferred

* Time management, dependability, and creative problem-solving skills required

* Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong abilities to integrate technology into clinical practice and supervision * Enthusiasm toward serving a diverse student and client population
