Job Summary

The Talent Acquistions Specialist Operations works towards improving & supporting processes that pertain to sourcing, screening, and hiring of talent for the department. The TA Specialist will partner and build key working relationships across our Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners enterprise-wide. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in managing the candidate experience and serving as a primary resource for internal stakeholders about ATS system and process application. Assists with managing compliance projects through training, auditing, and report generation/analysis.

Essential Functions



  • Supports end-to-end recruiting operations and technology, including requisition management, system workflows, standard operating procedures, and reporting.
  • Uses industry knowledge and experience to develop operational solutions that improve processes and workflows for scale, and enhance the external and internal recruiting experience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices with the team and how to use the ATS or other systems resources available.
  • Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas of potential process improvement.
  • Works with VP Talent Acquisition on identifying and vetting potential recruiting partnerships. Manages Master Service Agreement distribution and review process with legal and partners.
  • Works cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, Finance and other departments as needed.
  • Leads the Talent Acquisition Sync Meeting to ensure transparency of all operational activities are discussed.
  • Helps to drive and manage Talent Acquisition programs that enhance and support the overall Candidate Experience, including but not limited to the employee referral program, application & pre-screening, and global offer alignment, and relocation assistance.
  • Regularly attends job fairs and assists with internship/early career stage recruiting efforts as needed.
  • Fill entry level job requisitions as determined by the Director or VP Talent Acquisition.



Required Qualifications



  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) or years of experience equivalent.
  • 4-6 years Talent Acquisition operational support and recruiting.
  • Extensive knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle and compliance/DE&I standard process operations.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems in an administrative capacity.
  • Must be able to attend job fairs and other recruiting functions that may occur outside of standard business hours occasionally.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative.
  • Possess and exude a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work well in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.



Pay Scale:$31.25 - $33.64

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
