Aquent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Direction and Operations Contractor to make a significant impact on our client's seasonal creative initiatives and product design lifecycle. You will be instrumental in bringing seasonal narratives to life and streamlining critical design processes, directly influencing how innovative products move from concept to creation. If you're a timeline-building wizard with a passion for operational excellence and creative execution, this is your chance to shine and drive key seasonal milestones.

In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support by orchestrating a Seasonal Creative Launch Event, translating creative visions into tangible experiences. Concurrently, you will build and manage comprehensive product design and creative direction calendars across multiple seasons, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams and phases of product development. You'll be the linchpin, thinking several steps ahead to manage the intricate details that ensure success, from the physical setup of creative spaces to the meticulous tracking of product development timelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop comprehensive plans with detailed timelines for creative and product initiatives.

* Manage logistics, budgets, and build and own tracking status documents.

* Ensure flawless execution of creative initiatives and operational plans with internal teams.

* Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication across departments.

* Oversee on-site setup for seasonal creative initiatives, bringing seasonal narratives to life.

* Identify potential risks and develop proactive contingency plans to mitigate challenges.

* Assist in building seasonal detailed calendars for Creative Direction, Print, Graphics, and Color teams, aligning with the global go-to-market process.

* Support the product design concept phase, coloring, sketch phase, and concept sample development through to final sample stages.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of required experience in Project Management Operations.

* 3+ years of required experience with Product Design Operations or a strong understanding of the product design production process, from design to delivery.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams.

* Proven ability to build visual calendars for teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change.

* A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and thinking ahead.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Internal Milestone planning experience.

* Experience in the outdoor or apparel industry.

* Deep knowledge of project management and presentation software.
