Job Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Candidate to assist with IT warehouse operations and device deployment activities. This role supports hardware fulfillment, inventory management, and enduser equipment needs in a structured enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has some prior exposure to IT or technologyrelated roles such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, or Hardware Fulfillment and is comfortable working with ticketing systems and inventory workflows. Key Responsibilities * Provide support for IT warehouse and deployment activities * Manage and resolve assigned tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing system * Fulfill IT hardware requests, including shipping devices and tracking requests * Check in and manage IT hardware inventory * Update SAP for received and deployed IT assets * Assist with equipment recovery, including: * Collecting laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals from onsite locations * Coordinating with managers of offboarded employees * Sending return boxes and FedEx labels to remote users * Processing returned equipment and following data retention procedures * Support peripheral deployments, including monitor setup and workstation components * Image and prepare computers for deployment as needed * Adhere to all client policies and procedures at all times Contract Details * 6month contract * Opportunity for extension up to 2 years based on performance and business needs Required Skills * Windows operating systems * Valid driver's license (required) * Experience with Microsoft 365 and related applications * Familiarity with IT ticketing or incident management systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM) * Basic understanding of SAP NicetoHave Qualifications * Associate degree * CompTIA A+ or similar entrylevel certification Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of NORTH CHICAGO, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
