Description Maintain & advocate for existing client relationships Provide customer service for utility scale, renewable power generation systems Effectively manage client expectations Maintain documentation for all activities related to client questions and resolutions Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, help troubleshoot and remote into address issues Work with other technical teams to resolve client issues and requests Skills customer service call center, client relation skills, technical skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center or help desk environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint (or other CRM) Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills A desire to learn and grow professionally and personally Knowledge of IT & troubleshooting fundamentals a plus Knowledge of networking principles such as the OSI model, common protocols, and their interactions a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
