*Description*
*Maintain & advocate for existing client relationships *Provide customer service for utility scale, renewable power generation systems *Effectively manage client expectations *Maintain documentation for all activities related to client questions and resolutions *Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, help troubleshoot and remote into address issues *Work with other technical teams to resolve client issues and requests *Skills* customer service call center, client relation skills, technical skills *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Prior experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center or help desk environment *Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint (or other CRM) *Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills *A desire to learn and grow professionally and personally *Knowledge of IT & troubleshooting fundamentals a plus *Knowledge of networking principles such as the OSI model, common protocols, and their interactions a plus *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
