As the Policy, Operations, and Strategic Integration Lead, you will provide leadership, facilitate strategic alignment, oversee operational execution, and possess expertise in technical integration. Your role involves collaborating with senior leaders across cybersecurity, digital initiatives, engineering, data and analytics, and enterprise platforms to support national security and mission-critical operations.

You will leverage your expertise to integrate policy with operational execution, ensuring alignment across strategy, governance, and delivery. This encompasses researching, developing, analyzing, assessing, planning, and operationalizing initiatives that enhance mission effectiveness, organizational performance, and customer outcomes.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT, Chief Information Officer organizations, and large-scale government programs
  • Experience within Joint Staff, Special Operations, or high-tempo operational environments
  • Experience in supporting policy development, strategic planning, and operational integration, and with enterprise governance, compliance, and policy frameworks
  • Experience delivering executive-level products to SES, General Officer, and C-suite leadership
  • Experience in supporting governance forums and facilitating executive decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT ecosystems, including cybersecurity, data management, and cloud technologies, and PPBE and POM processes, alongside mechanisms for resource allocation
  • Ability to operate effectively at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution, and coordinate stakeholders across technical, operational, and senior leadership domains
  • Ability to translate complex technical and operational initiatives into clear and concise communication tailored for executive audiences
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience directly supporting the CIO or enterprise IT leadership organizations
  • Experience in high-tempo, mission-critical environments with rapid decision cycles
  • Experience with emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, and data platforms
  • Experience with portfolio management frameworks and governance boards

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
