Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and professionally
- Prepare and present food items according to brand and hotel standards
- Create a welcoming, engaging lounge atmosphere for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and lounge areas
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and inventory levels
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and local area knowledge
- Accurately operate POS systems and handle transactions
- Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support opening, closing, stocking, and prep procedures
Qualifications
- Previous bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic food preparation is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume event periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must meet all applicable age and certification requirements for alcohol service
