Job Description Visa, Inc. is seeking a Stock Plan Analyst to join our Global Equity Program team, based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Visa's global equity programs, including all aspects of equity recordkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation. The Stock Plan Analyst ensures the accuracy and integrity of all equity data within stock plan systems and works closely with employees and cross-functional partners to deliver a high-quality equity administration experience.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications* 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications * 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) * Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of experience administering equity compensation programs at a public company. * Experience supporting global equity programs and multiple equity award types. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms. * Experience with a third-party outsourced stock administration system (Merrill Lynch system a plus) * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Customer-service mindset with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Exceptionally detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements. * Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 or greater designation a plus. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $98,700.00 to $ 153,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
