Job Description The LAC Sourcing Manager - Card Benefits Insurance is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial strategy for the Insurance subcategory within Card Benefits Products across the Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) region. This role partners closely with Product and Commercial Solutions Services teams to ensure the sourcing of insurancebased benefits-such as travel insurance, purchase protection, and related coverage-delivers strong commercial outcomes, risk mitigation, scalability, and highquality cardholder experiences. The role operates within a global, matrixed organization and plays a key role in advancing Visa's Card Benefits value proposition in LAC markets. Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Leadership

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance, or a related field. * Minimum 6 years experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with proven ownership of complex, highvalue categories. * Experience working with insurance providers, financial services products, or regulated service categories. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Card Benefits, Insurance, Financial Services, or Productled categories. * Strong understanding of insurance commercial models, risk considerations, and servicelevel structures. * Experience operating in regional or global sourcing organizations, preferably with LAC market exposure. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholderinfluencing skills. * Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred. * Key Competencies * Strategic category leadership * Commercial and risk acumen * Executive stakeholder management * Supplier performance and relationship management * Resultsdriven execution in matrixed environments U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $109,800.00 to $ 175,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
