RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Execute loading and unloading operations in accordance with established safety and operational procedures
  • Perform valve lineups, switch/tank changes, and loading/unloading activities involving trucks, railcars, and pipelines
  • Monitor tank levels, temperatures, and pressures, and collect product samples for quality analysis as required
  • Inspect and verify product prior to storage or transfer
  • Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of tanks and equipment; identify and report leaks, damage, or operational concerns
  • Maintain accurate records related to product transactions, inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities
  • Deliver, stock, fulfill, and reconcile inventory as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to support safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment
  • Operate warehouse and material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pumps, motors, and related systems, in accordance with Company safety procedures
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures
  • Follow established procedures for the safe handling, storage, transfer, and disposal of lubricants, chemicals, and related materials
  • Inspect containers, tanks, and equipment for proper labeling, condition, and compliance with safety requirements
  • Assist with spill prevention, containment, and cleanup activities in accordance with Company procedures
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety and environmental policies
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned


BASIC REQUIREMENTS



  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Reside withing reasonable commuting distance
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a terminal, refinery, warehouse, or related industrial environment
  • Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with limited supervision
  • Previous forklift operating experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to successfully complete Company-required safety and compliance training
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call schedules as business needs require
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor and industrial environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, reach, and lift materials in an industrial environment
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to comply with all Company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements


PREFERRED



  • Experience managing inventory levels in vertical and horizontal storage tanks
  • Experience loading and unloading trailers or bulk product transport equipment
  • Experience working with pumps, motors, filtration systems, or related mechanical equipment
  • Ability to safely work around petroleum products, lubricants, chemicals, and industrial equipment
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators or other protective equipment, as required by the position
  • Ability to safely operate in a fast-paced industrial and warehouse environment
