* Execute precise repairs on damaged parts, including cleaning thermal paste from critical processing units and straightening bent connectors.

* Replace missing components such as carrier frames and dust covers.

* Conduct periodic audits of handling procedures, electrostatic discharge processes, and packaging methods across various touch points within the computing environment.

* Assist site leadership in strategic efforts to reduce hardware damage, including spot checks of process staging areas for proper handling, packaging, and storage.

* Support the damaged parts process, verifying damage, quarantining affected items, and preventing their mixture with functional products.

* Identify and escalate issues that contribute to hardware damage.

* Provide essential support for key field campaigns and failure investigations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.

* 3+ years of experience in a technical domain.
