Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
* Assists in obtaining supplies and calibrating equipment;
* Analyzing production samples and raw material samples for physical and chemical characteristics;
* Investigates quality and production issues including customer complaints per supervisor requests;
* Prepare samples for internal and external customers as requested;
* Maintains quality production records in a timely manner;
* Ensure adherence to appropriate government regulations and company procedures;
* Any ad-hoc task or project assigned by management; quality or production related;

Education/Experience:
* High School or GED desired;
* Two (2) years" Manufacturing or Lab experience, a plus;
* Demonstrated high level of computer experience;
* Demonstrated good communication skills;
* Valid Drivers" License;
Computer Skills:
* Ability and knowledge in Microsoft office applications (word, excel, and power point);
* Ability and knowledge in LIMS Software;

* Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy and thoroughness in completing work;
* Ability to keep privileged information confidential;
