Sales Business Development Account Executive (New Business Focus) Job Type: Remote Full-Time The Business Development Account Executive is responsible for driving new business across both school and corporate markets by expanding market share through identifying, prospecting, and closing new customer opportunities within an assigned territory. This is a hunter-focused role with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and new account acquisition, while also retaining and growing existing assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to generate leads, engage prospects, and close new business opportunities. They excel at cold outreach, consultative selling, and building relationships from the ground up. This individual is comfortable leveraging AI tools, conducting virtual presentations, and managing a high-volume prospecting pipeline. Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 base salary plus bonus, incentives, and/or commission Key Responsibilities
