Description Our client is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator who can also operate with a Business Analyst mindset to support their Salesforce and nCino environments. This role is ideal for someone who can function as a "one-person shop" on smaller enhancements-owning work from understanding the business need all the way through configuration and delivery. The team is investing in this hire with the goal of long-term value and potential full-time conversion, so they are looking for someone who can truly integrate into the team and make an impact. ________________________________________ What You'll Be Doing Perform hands-on Salesforce system administration: oConfigure fields (including picklists), page layouts, and permissions oBuild and maintain automations (flows, triggers, business rules) Act as a hybrid Admin + Analyst, owning smaller enhancements end-to-end: oMeet with business users oUnderstand requirements and pain points oImplement configuration changes directly in Salesforce Review and optimize Salesforce cases and workflows (e.g., field rationalization, cleanup initiatives) Provide Tier 1 support to internal users across the Salesforce platform Collaborate with: oSalesforce Developers oSystem Administrators oDelivery Analysts / Scrum leads Support process improvement initiatives, including streamlining inefficiencies and technical debt Potentially contribute to innovation efforts (AI, nCino enhancements) depending on experience and team needs ________________________________________ Must-Have Qualifications Hands-on experience as a Salesforce System Administrator Strong experience with: oField configuration, page layouts, and user access oSalesforce automation tools (Flows, workflows, etc.) Ability to translate business needs into system changes (Business Analysis experience) Working knowledge of Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships) Ability to clearly demonstrate real-world Salesforce administration experience (not just certifications) Comfortable operating independently without step-by-step direction ________________________________________ Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with nCino (Consumer nCino strongly preferred): oDeposit account opening oConsumer lending workflows * History in financial services (credit union or banking) Exposure to AI tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives Salesforce Certification (Admin or similar) ________________________________________ What Makes This Role Unique Opportunity to work in a highly customized Salesforce + nCino environment Exposure to emerging AI and process optimization initiatives Ability to own work independently rather than just execute tickets Team is laid-back but highly accountable-strong contributors are valued and recognized Clear path to long-term conversion if successful ________________________________________ What They're Looking For in a Candidate True Salesforce admin experience (must be able to speak confidently to real work) Self-starter mindset-able to take ownership without handholding Analytical thinker who can understand systems holistically Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment Collaborative, but able to independently drive work forward Skills salesforce administrator, automation, ncino Top Skills Details salesforce administrator, automation Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice-to-Haves nCino experience (especially consumer) Financial services history (credit union/banking) Process improvement mindset AI / automation exposure Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fond Du Lac, WI.
