What You'll Be Doing (Training Provided) * Install cable tray, ladder rack, and equipment supports * Pull and route copper and fiber optic cabling throughout data halls * Help build and organize server racks and network infrastructure * Learn cable termination and structured cabling basics * Route and dress cable using J-hooks, D-rings, and support hardware * Assist with grounding, labeling, and low-voltage installation tasks * Follow project drawings and direction from team leads * Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas * Work as part of a team on large-scale construction and technology projects What You'll Learn This position teaches real-world skills used nationwide across telecom and data center industries, including: * Telecom color codes and cabling standards * Blueprint and layout reading * Proper cable management techniques * Fiber optic and structured cabling fundamentals * Data center installation processes * Job site safety and construction best practices * How to grow into advanced technician positions What We're Looking For We hire for attitude, reliability, and work ethic - not just experience.
