Our client is looking for a Vendor/Contract Analyst to join their team for a long term contract position in Charlotte. NO C2C!
*Description* This job is responsible for the coordination and governance of legal related vendor activity, with a specific focus on procurement engagement, contract lifecycle management, and Global Information Security (GIS) coordination. The role supports the effective operation of the Legal Third-Party Engagement model by ensuring benefits vendors are appropriately contracted, risk assessed, documented, and managed in line with internal policies, third party requirements, and governance frameworks. *Key Responsibilities* *Vendor Management & Third-Party Governance oCoordinate oversight of the Legal vendor portfolio, including insurers, administrators, and third-party service providers. oSupport Benefits Third Party Engagement Managers (TPEMs) in meeting their responsibilities under the Third-Party Program. oMaintain accurate and complete vendor inventories, records, and documentation for benefits vendors. oMonitor vendor related risks, issues, and service concerns and escalate through agreed governance routes. *Procurement & Contract Lifecycle Coordination oAct as the primary Legal coordination point with Procurement oSupport legal vendor activity including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and exits. oTrack and coordinate contract execution, ensuring contracts are current, correctly executed, and aligned to approved scopes of service. oSupport compliance with procurement processes, timelines, and documentation requirements. *GIS & Information Security Coordination oCoordinate Global Information Security (GIS) activities relating to legal vendors. oSupport completion of vendor security and technology risk assessments, including data exchange classification. oTrack and coordinate remediation actions arising from GIS or Third-Party assessments. Knowledge, Skills & Experience *Essential oExperience in vendor management, procurement coordination, governance, or operational risk, preferably within HR, Benefits, or a regulated environment. oUnderstanding of contract lifecycle management and third-party governance processes. oExperience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders. oStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and risk awareness. *Desirable oExperience working within a Third-Party Engagement / TPEM framework. oExposure to information security or technology risk coordination. *Skills* Business analysis, third party vendor management, Contract Lifecycle, Third Party Engagement Framework, Analysis *Top Skills Details* Business analysis, third party vendor management, Contract Lifecycle,Third Party Engagement Framework * * *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.00/hr.
