What We Do
The Senior Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise business applications that enable critical corporate functions including Finance, Procurement, Tax, Corporate Real Estate, Board Management, Document Management, and Electronic Signature solutions.
This role serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders, technology teams, software vendors, Information Security, and Audit partners to ensure applications effectively support business objectives while meeting compliance and governance requirements. The Senior Functional Analyst leads requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support activities across a portfolio of SaaS and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate possesses strong functional analysis, product management, business process optimization, and enterprise application support experience, with the ability to quickly learn and support new platforms as business needs evolve.
