Role Responsibilities Application Architect with 10+ years of Hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable, microservices-based platforms and modern cloud-native solutions. Proven expertise in driving business transformation through AI-driven innovation, developer productivity platforms (DevEx), and data-centric architectures. Strong track record working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance systems, embedding AI-assisted development workflows, and improving engineering velocity through automation, CI/CD, and intelligent tooling. Adept at aligning technology strategies with business goals to deliver measurable outcomes in quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Salary The base salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 per year; total on-target earnings include a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
