- High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in accounting work; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

- Knowledge of basic financial processes, procedures, and accounting principles.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to internal departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and experience working with financial or administrative systems.

- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, financial, accounting, or business operations support preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing financial data and documentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Experience with financial systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or university/government financial processes preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data management tools preferred.
