Join Our Team as a Senior Internal Communications Specialist at Epiroc! The Senior Internal Communications Specialist develops, implements and maintains strategic internal communication initiatives that align with the company and divisional goals, strengthen organizational culture, reinforce company values, and foster employee engagement across regions and all levels of the organization. The Senior Internal Communication Specialist ensures that all internal communication channels are utilized in effective and most efficient way for the intended audience and encourages employees to actively participate in the communication process through feedback mechanisms. This role serves as a communication partner to Surface division's leadership, ensuring consistent, transparent, and inspiring messaging that builds trust and connection between employees and divisional management.
