Data Center Manager Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day data center activities, lead a team of technicians, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical infrastructure. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with strong troubleshooting abilities, data center expertise, and a passion for mentoring and developing technical talent. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise a team of Data Center Technicians responsible for server maintenance, hardware deployments, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support. * Train, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering technical growth and operational excellence. * Perform regular inspections, audits, and preventative maintenance of data center equipment to maintain optimal performance and uptime. * Develop, implement, and enforce best practices for data center operations, safety, and infrastructure management. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, networking, and operations groups, to support customer and business initiatives. * Respond to technical incidents, escalations, and emergencies while minimizing downtime and service disruptions. * Troubleshoot and resolve server, hardware, networking, and operating system issues. * Support capacity planning, infrastructure scaling initiatives, and process improvement efforts. * Collaborate with management to execute strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and reliability. * Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support in a 24x7 operational environment. * Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ellendale, ND.
