Compliance Team Manager - Customs & Trade (Americas Region)
Full-time | Assurance | Location - Olathe, KS Are you a compliance expert who thrives on getting into the details but also has a passion for mentoring others? TVH is looking for a Hands-on Compliance Team Lead to spearhead our Americas compliance regional operations. This is a unique "Player-Coach" role designed for a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be the primary technical authority for Americas compliance while leading a high-performing team. Reporting into our global structure-specifically to the Global Customs & Trade Compliance Manager or the VP Assurance in Belgium-you will bridge the gap between global compliance principles and regional strategy and execution.
