Job Title: Data Analyst

Location(s): Houston, TX

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Disputes team within the financial services sector. This role is responsible for accurately processing and entering dispute-related information between external and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timely case updates.

• Enter and maintain dispute data between external and internal databases.
• Review dispute records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Update case information and documentation as disputes progress through the resolution process.
• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Generate and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in data entry, operations, financial services, or a related administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
