Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, self-driven, and experienced Director IT, Sales & CX to lead our CRM and sales enablement solutions in support of the Consumer Products business. The role is expected to provide strategic leadership and technology partnership to enable value through delivery of key solutions and direct ownership of support of current and future technology solutions.

As the IT Director, you will collaborate closely with business and IT partners to identify strategies and priorities where IT can be an enabler in aiding the business in achieving the value of their bets through seamless end-to-end sales and service processes powered by innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidate brings proven IT leadership experience with a strong track record of delivering value-driven solutions, building trusted relationships with business stakeholders, and effectively leading a global team of salesforce and our B2B customer portal professionals. Success in this role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Our Team

As a key member of the Consumer Products IT team, you will build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, close solution gaps, identify opportunities, and lead collaborative efforts to influence, design and implement improvements across people, process, data and technology solutions. These solutions will enhance and optimize business systems while advancing GP's strategic objectives and overall business performance.

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our GP Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. It requires at least 3 days in office per week.

This role is not open to VISA Sponsorship or potential VISA Transfer now or in the future. If you are currently a VISA holder including EAD, this role is not open to support.

What You Will Do

Your primary role as a supervisor is to utilize our management philosophy, Principled Based Management, and apply the 5 Dimensions to build a high performing organization.

* Develop Talent & Advance Application of Principle-Based Management (PBM)

o Advance application of PBM across the organization

o Develop & coach talent to maximize contributions with a focus on building a high performing team

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer centricity

o Leverage global talent delivery model most effectively to maximize value

* Partnership & Leadership: Be the primary technology leader and partner for the CPG sales and service CPG business teams to optimize and accelerate value for CPG

o Develop effective relationships to become a trusted, reliable, and influential partner and advisor to the business

o Establish clear alignment of priorities to enable business outcomes with ownership and accountability for technology driven value enablement

o Simplify engagement and advancement of value across other IT teams/capabilities for CPG sales and service priorities/needs

* Solution Delivery & Sustain: Delivery and Sustaining with effective process and discipline to enable new value and maintain/preserve ongoing value to run the business through ownership and accountability of core sales and service technology solutions

o Enable execution delivery excellence through direct oversight of all CX/Salesforce/B2B portal and related/integrated technology delivery (direct and indirect across other IT capability teams) - partnering closely with the product manager, co-develop the product roadmap and execute effective process capability, agile delivery practices and discipline in delivery of prioritized new solutions or improvements that enable value with speed and adoption towards value realization

o Direct oversight and operational management and discipline on sustaining all CX/Salesforce/B2B portal and related/integrated technology solutions including working with teams managing the upstream processes & integrated systems like SAP for CPG - develop and maintain effective capabilities to sustain deployed solutions that can help maximize value for the business and prevent/respond with speed when issues occur

o Drive high efficiency and optimize cost (TCO) to manage, deliver and sustain solutions with relevant metrics that can be leveraged to continuously improve teams capability, while building increased knowledge, improved application management standards/practices and governance

o Innovate/explore effective and emerging technology and AI capabilities and alternatives that will help advance business and team outcomes

o Manage external partners/vendors like Salesforce and others to maximize effectiveness from technology investments and from ongoing support and partner as valuable across other GP/Koch Salesforce capabilities for active value add through sharing

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated commitment to talent development, cross-training, and building resilient and high performing teams able to sustain operations over time
  • Experience with CX technology (internal capabilities supporting sales/service CRM and external customer-facing capabilities like customer portal, ecommerce) and knowledge along with hands-on leadership experience with Salesforce at enterprise scale
  • Experience leading and developing digital product teams or enterprise technology delivery teams with experience with Agile delivery models in scaled or multi-team environments that emphasize maximizing value through long-term ownership, operational stability, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with SAP or other ERP Platforms and integration of CX with upstream processes including Pricing, Order-to-Cash etc.
  • Experience and ability to align diverse business and technology stakeholders around shared outcomes
  • Experience translating business strategies into executable product roadmaps
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Consumer Products industry knowledge related to sales and service enablement processes and platforms, customer-facing capabilities and enabling data platforms
  • Knowledge of SAP functional processes in areas that enable the sales and service platforms
  • Experience designing team structures that support cross-training, coverage, and reduced single-point-of-failure risk with proven success establishing succession plans, role clarity, and career paths within digital or product organizations
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed enterprise with strong process and technology centric operating models
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms, data fabrics, or API-first architecture
  • Experience with AI/GenAI for personal productivity and enabling business strategies
