And that's where you come in. In this role, you'll support a clinical team that's helping patients in new and better ways while giving them a generous helping of compassion and respect. You will also provide comprehensive, high-touch support for high-risk patients by coordinating all levels of care, including but not limited to specialty appointments, transportation, and supportive services, helping ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. You will perform both clinical and administrative duties to support the delivery of effective patient care within your assigned area. You will greet patients, escort them to exam rooms, take vital signs, and complete other Medical Assistant responsibilities as needed. You will provide exceptional customer service and front desk support, including patient registration, scheduling, managing telephone inquiries, and verifying insurance coverage. You will use your knowledge of medical practice, patient care, and specialty services to support clinical operations and ensure a positive patient experience. You will follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and ensure patient safety, while completing all required training, including compliance-related education. The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.25 to $25.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
