You Are:

UST is searching for a Workday Certified Senior Integrations Consultant who will support bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

The opportunity:

* Work on client engagements as a contributor; may lead small projects

* Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams

* Keep Engagement Managers and stakeholder teams apprised of overall project status

* Mentor junior consultants and/or lead teams

* Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads where required

* Lead discovery sessions with customer subject matter experts across various technical integration areas in delivering high-level design documentation

* Manage competing priorities

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Current Workday Integration Certification + at least 1 additional integration certification (Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Fin Int) Required

* Hands on experience implementing Workday integrations, post production support, or technical and/or functional consulting experience

* 4+ years of HCM/ERP software application experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies

* 3+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors

* Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

* Experience with other HR Technology tools

* Experience and understanding of Human Resources data

* Business, Process, and Data Analysis skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good negotiation and facilitation skills

* Ability to work proactively and independently within a project framework

* Willingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certification

* Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong interest in collaborative work with clients

* Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance solution delivery is a plus

* Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment

* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

* Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervision

* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

* Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with a focus in technology or relevant work experience

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote-US

Compensation Range : $81,000-$122,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
