Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Architectural Project Manager - Government to join our Simsbury, CT office to help grow and lead our expanding Government Practice across the Northeast. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established multi-discipline design team, including architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners. We are looking for a candidate that is self-motivated and is passionate about growing and expanding our teams' capabilities with a track record in completing government projects and supporting and leading business development initiatives. The primary role of this position will be to oversee government design projects, manage and supervise the work efforts of assigned staff, and coordinate the technical and managerial direction regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget of projects. This position requires sound financial management practices with ownership and accountability for financial aspects of projects. As part of this position, the ability to grow the Government Practice in CT and the northeast will require a passion for business development and fostering strong, collaborative client relationships.
