Senior Licensed Clinician

Location: Shirley, MA - Souza Baranowski Correctional Center

Schedule: Full-time. Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $74,000-$85,664/annually

The Senior Clinician, in conjunction with the Clinical Program Director is responsible for:

• The clinical/educational operations of the program services
• Provides documented individual and group clinical services and case management to patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders participating in Spectrum's DOC Substance Use Treatment Program (SUDT)
• Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

Qualifications:

• LADC I, or other independently licensed individual who has at least a master's degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work
• Minimum of two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience
• At least one-year full-time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role
• Experience with both substance abuse and mental health issues preferred
• DOC experience preferred
