Accounts Payable Specialist Job Locations

Position Summary Odyssey Systems is currently hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Headquarters in Wakefield, MA. In this role, you will support our Accounting and Finance team by managing employee travel expenses, subcontractor and consultant travel invoices, and vendor invoices, playing an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position works closely with team members across the organization, including colleagues located in other regions, and contributes directly to the collaborative spirit that defines Odyssey.

Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Review and process employee travel and business expense reports in Emburse Expense System.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business. Years of Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Technical Skills
