The Lead Distribution Associate is under general supervision, but according to established policies and procedures, the Lead Distribution Associate assigns and reviews the work of Distribution Associates in the Consolidated Service Center, assuring all processes are flowing throughout the shift. This position must maintain a clean and safe work environment according to established policies and procedures. During the absence of the shift supervisor, this position serves as the operational leader who engages the team in receiving, shipping, unpacking, picking, staging, storage, verification and monitoring of stock for the JHHS member institutions. This position requires completing appropriate paperwork and entering information into department computer system. Hours: 40 Hours (Full Time) Day Shift Weekends Required Location: Johns Hopkins Home Care Group 5901 Holabird Avenue Baltimore MD Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. certification, required.
