ABOUT THE ROLE

The MSP Program Specialist supports Equiliem's Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs by managing requisition intake, supplier communication, VMS updates, reporting, compliance monitoring, and operational coordination across a portfolio of clients. This role ensures accuracy in the VMS, facilitates high-quality submittals, ensures timely communication with stakeholders, and provides consistent operational support to drive successful placements. The Program Specialist must balance speed, accuracy, follow-through, and proactive communication in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Requisition & VMS Management
  • Manage requisition intake and updates across one or more VMS platforms.
  • Ensure job descriptions, rate cards, and assignment details are accurate and compliant.
  • Monitor submittal flow, deadlines, and SLA requirements.
  • Track candidate progress and update VMS statuses in real time.


Supplier Coordination



  • Communicate program updates, priorities, and feedback to suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier outreach to boost engagement and speed-to-submit.
  • Ensure vendors have the information needed for high-quality submissions.
  • Support escalations between suppliers and client stakeholders.


Candidate Lifecycle Support



  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and hiring manager communication.
  • Facilitate onboarding steps between suppliers and internal teams.
  • Monitor background checks, compliance documents, and start-ready status.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from offer stage to start date.


Reporting, Data Integrity & Compliance



  • Maintain accurate data in the VMS and internal systems.
  • Generate reports on req volume, candidate flow, supplier activity, and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met for each program.
  • Monitor documentation accuracy and escalate issues promptly.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support



  • Partner with Program Managers and Client Services teams
  • Support hiring managers by providing updates, clarifications, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with compliance, onboarding, and internal recruiting teams.
  • Communicate risks, gaps, and workflow issues with transparency.


Team & Organizational Contribution



  • Support process improvements that enhance program efficiency
  • Participate in special projects, audits, and system upgrades.
  • Represent Equiliem's values through professional communication.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative operating environment.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required



  • 1-3+ years in an MSP, VMS, program operations, or staffing coordination role
  • Experience using VMS tools (Beeline, VNDLY, Fieldglass, VectorVMS, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer-service mindset and professional communication
  • High urgency and ability to manage competing priorities.


Preferred



  • Experience supporting multiple clients or a multi-program MSP.
  • Reporting experience (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Familiarity with compliance or onboarding processes
  • Vendor communication or supplier engagement experience

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $28.85-31.25

Work Location: Remote (Tri-State Area Preferred)
Role Classification: Full-Time, non-exempt
