General Summary: The Talent Coordinator provides administrative, recruiting, and operational support to the Human Resources team and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This position coordinates interview and recruiting activities, manages executive administrative support functions, assists with employee events and engagement initiatives, and supports Human Resources programs, communications, and departmental operations. The Talent Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient coordination of talent acquisition processes, executive support activities, and employee experience initiatives across the organization. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and two years of relevant experience (administrative support, executive support, HR coordination, or event planning), or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
