The Head of Corporate Supply Chain Americas is a regional senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end supply chain performance across North, Central, and South America, with primary business impact in the United States. The role ensures the strategic alignment, operational excellence, and financial performance of all logistics and corporate supply chain activities in the region. This role also drives the implementation of global standards and systems while positioning Supply Chain as a strategic enabler of business performance and a platform for developing future talent. Which tasks will you perform?
- Oversee and lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics performance across North, Central, and South America, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements
- Lead and develop the regional supply chain organization, including the North American Logistics Hub (Indianapolis), Regional Logistics Operations Center, and Trade Compliance team
- Define, own, and execute the regional supply chain strategy, with direct impact on performance in the region
- Partner with regional supply chain leaders, production sites, sales centers, procurement, trade compliance, IT, and finance to achieve logistics and business goals
- Implement global standards, systems, and target-state processes locally, including ONE Global System
- Lead and guide key stakeholder groups, including regional management, logistics service providers, and external partners, to ensure aligned execution and shared outcomes
- Translate global target plans into regional road maps and initiatives while supporting global transformation and digitalization programs
- Develop and manage a high-performing transportation and logistics network ensuring strong carrier governance, cost transparency, and end-to-end visibility
- Ensure compliance with global standards, policies, processes and trade regulations while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, risk management and process standardization
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field OR 9-12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of leadership experience in global supply chain and/or logistics roles with deep expertise in corporate logistics, transportation, fulfillment, and governance models
- Required travel up to 40%, locally and internationally as needed
You may have (preferred):
- Master's degree in business or related field
- Proven leadership experience in complex international matrix organizations
- Preferred experience with transportation management programs
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution, high communication strength, and ability to operate confidently at executive level
- Experience implementing advanced transportation management systems (TMS) or other digital supply chain technologies
- Knowledge of U.S. and international trade compliance requirements
- Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative
- Prioritizes and acts in the best interests of the company by advancing organizational goals, focusing on solution-oriented issues, and making clear, decisive choices
- Builds and maintains strong, trustworthy business relationships, leveraging long-term partnerships to achieve collective success
- Proactively offers, seeks, and applies constructive feedback with an openness to growth and collaboration
