The Role As Product Lead, Fundraising & Supporter Growth Technology, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Save the Children U.S.'s mission by defining and executing the strategic vision for SCUS's integrated marketing, fundraising, and constituent relationship management ecosystem-collectively known as OmniHub. The OmniHub portfolio includes platforms such as Blackbaud Luminate Online, Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and the integration and enabling technologies that connect them. The Product Lead stewards the evolution of this ecosystem, ensuring it remains modern, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy as platforms mature, change, or are replaced. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with senior business and technology leaders to ensure OmniHub capabilities deliver measurable business value and support SCUS's mission. The Product Lead translates complex, cross-functional needs into actionable product roadmaps, leads Agile teams through disciplined execution, and drives alignment across product and delivery functions. The role also provides thought leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers-fostering cohesive, outcome-driven product practices across Business & Technology Services (BTS). Strategic Leadership (20%)
- Define and articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and success metrics for the OmniHub product portfolio, ensuring alignment with SCUS organizational priorities and technology strategy.
- Lead a unified product strategy across digital fundraising, marketing, and data platforms to maximize cross-channel engagement and operational efficiency.
- Build strong partnerships with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into high impact product outcomes.
- Proactively manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and blockers that could impede delivery or value realization.
- Champion data informed decision making, user centered design, and continuous innovation across the digital fundraising and data ecosystem.
- Ensure product roadmaps remain aligned with organizational goals, business priorities, and evolving technology strategy.
Stakeholder Partnership & Prioritization (30%)
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities where technology can accelerate impact across competing demands.
- Assess and prioritize requests based on strategic alignment, return on investment, and delivery effort, ensuring scarce resources are focused on the highest value initiatives.
- Make transparent, data driven tradeoffs across competing needs, balancing near term demands with long term strategic objectives.
- Facilitate alignment and governance discussions to establish shared clarity on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, ensuring product strategies advance SCUS's mission and fundraising growth goals.
- Enable effective decision making by aligning product team capacity with organizational priorities to deliver meaningful, high impact outcomes.
Product Management & Delivery Excellence (30%)
- Serve as the senior product manager across multiple product teams, balancing priorities and dependencies across business units.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle-from discovery and definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization-across a complex, interconnected technology ecosystem.
- Lead and empower Agile teams to define clear outcomes, success measures, and value metrics for each initiative.
- Ensure consistent application of Agile and product management best practices, fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Solution Delivery Managers (Scrum Masters) to drive effective sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross team coordination.
- Monitor product performance and adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable, sustained organizational impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement (10%)
- Provide mentorship and professional development support to Product Managers, Business Analysts, and cross functional team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability within and across product teams.
- Advocate for product-led, user-centered approaches to problem solving across the organization.
- Partner with BTS leadership to scale best practices in product management, stakeholder engagement, and outcome measurement.
Communication & Transparency (10%)
- Serve as the primary point of communication between business stakeholders and the OmniHub Product Team, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation, including the OmniHub Center of Excellence (CoE) and related Confluence/Jira assets, to provide visibility into strategy, priorities, and accomplishments.
- Deliver regular, structured updates to stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, risks, and changes with credibility and consistency.
- Translate complex technical concepts into concise, accessible narratives tailored for business audiences.
- Build trust and confidence through transparent communication, setting clear delivery expectations and celebrating team successes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years leading multiple product teams or portfolios.
- Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology solutions in an enterprise or non-profit environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute product strategies that align with organizational priorities.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and proven experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in mentoring and developing product managers or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and work through organizational change, both internal and external
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels, both internally and externally
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agile product management
- Experience in Accelerating Delivery & Improvement (ADI) methodology
- Experience in the nonprofit space
Compensation Save the Children is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:
- Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: Target Salary for this position is $143,650 - $160,550 base salary
- Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $130,900 - $146,300 base salary
- Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $116,875 - $130,625 base salary
The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual base salary may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here).
