Job Description A key advisor to the Regional CFO, Geography and Function Heads to facilitate delivery of the financial targets in the Budget as well as delivery of long-term growth targets. Accountable for the delivery of commercially focused financial support including financial analysis, pricing and overall investments. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining a high standard of financial discipline, business decision support, and accountability within the region, including the management and coordination of revenue budgets, forecasts & multi-year plan, monthly financial close, and monthly financial reports. The role is also expected to constantly enhance processes and procedures and challenge business owners to continuously drive efficiency, and cost savings. In this role, The VP is required to continuously balance risk mitigation with operational efficiency and effectiveness and support strategy formulation and execution. The VP will serve as a member of the LAC Finance leadership team and will work closely with the LAC Executive Leadership team. Financial Planning and Analysis:

Qualifications Basic Qualifications: *15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD). Leadership skills: U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $216,300.00 to $ 378,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
