Why This Role Is Critical The Project Manager (Noncommercial) is responsible for ensuring that all physical infrastructure, utilities, equipment, and building services operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. They drive facility maintenance initiatives, coordinate space planning, and implement infrastructure projects from start to finish. The role manages end-to-end project lifecycles, contractor relations, and budgets to ensure workplace environments meet organizational goals while strictly adhering to safety and building compliance standards.
