Requirements + Job Duties

• Previous manufacturing, mechanical assembly, production, or industrial assembler experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric power tools, and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to install, align, and secure components accurately.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform quality checks and meet production standards.
• Ability to measure, cut, install, and work with various materials, including rubber seals, wiring, adhesives, and hardware.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting safety and productivity goals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and safely handle materials as required.
