Admissions Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Welcome Center & Campus Visits, the Recruitment and Enrollment Events Coordinator will work closely with various departments within the educational institution to create a positive and memorable visit that showcases the campus, academic programs, and student life. As a Program Manager for Admissions/Enrollment, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and managing a comprehensive program(s) that provides prospective students, families, and other stakeholders with an engaging and informative experience during campus visits. Key Responsibilities: Visitor Engagement: Create engaging and interactive activities for prospective students and their families, ensuring that their needs and interests are met. Provide personalized attention and guidance to visitors throughout their campus visit. Shift
40 hours/week. Monday thru Friday, evenings and weekends will be needed occasionally to support recruitment and enrollment events. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
$53,976-$69,576 Grade: GGS-9E Application Materials
