Responsibilities
  • Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting demographic information, medical history, and health-related documentation.
  • Obtain and record vital signs, height, weight, and other basic health measurements.
  • Assist healthcare providers and nursing staff with routine clinical support tasks.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, assessments, and healthcare appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records and healthcare systems.
  • Support patient flow by coordinating intake processes and assisting with scheduling needs.
  • Communicate patient information and concerns to appropriate healthcare team members.
  • Assist with maintaining organized medical records and documentation.
  • Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, and facility healthcare protocols.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect when interacting with patients and staff.
  • Provide administrative and clinical support as needed to ensure efficient healthcare operations.
