Responsibilities Manage and schedule shipments Process all shipments in SAP for the Warehouse which may also include hazardous materials Print and attach all necessary paperwork to the shipments Schedule carriers Correspond with Customer Service and Logistics Support Assist floor operators with material movements and loading and unloading of carriers Receive in material in SAP and apply proper labels to material (both direct and indirect) Perform inventory count of supplies needed at various plants Support new plant start ups globally Enter Purchase Requisitions in SAP Operate PIT equipment Qualifications Minimum Education: Must be High School Graduate or equivalent. The individual applying for this position should: Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills Demonstrate attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work Have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and be adaptive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Possess knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with SharePoint preferred Experience with SAP required Have demonstrated the ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for projects and results Willing to work overtime as needed based on production and project schedules Works well both independently and in a team setting Dedicated and motivated to continuously improve in all areas of responsibility Possess knowledge of basic logistics including import and export moves involving carriers, containers, and steamship lines Demonstrate basic math skills by calculating square feet and area The starting rate for this position is $21.98 per hour. Compensation is determined according to a structured rate schedule and may be adjusted based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
