Job Title: Project Manager, Contract Delivery Location: Rockville, MD (Hybrid - Minimum 3 Days Onsite) Clearance: Ability to Obtain Public Trust Sponsorship: No sponsorship assistance is available for this position. Job Overview: LCG is seeking a Project Manager, Contract Delivery to lead the successful delivery of federal IT programs supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its Operating Divisions. Reporting to the Director of Service Delivery, this role is responsible for managing a portfolio of federal contracts while providing leadership to Project Managers, engineers, analysts, and technical delivery staff. The Project Manager will oversee program execution, project governance, financial performance, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction while serving as the primary operational interface with Government stakeholders. This is a hands-on technical delivery leadership position, not an administrative project management role. The successful candidate will have experience leading technical teams, managing federal IT contracts, and delivering enterprise technology solutions within Agile environments. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, technical credibility, financial management, and federal contract delivery experience with the ability to build trusted client relationships and drive successful project outcomes. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
