SUMMARY: Systems Engineer II is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's PDM system, focused on ensuring engineering security, lifecycle processes, and data integrity. This critical role governs PDM vault standards, manages system configurations, troubleshoots issues, and acts as a liaison with internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and system functionality. Oversees CAD standards, SolidWorks templates, and the engineering SharePoint site with ownership of process documentation related to CAD, PDM, PLM, and data management. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of engineering processes, SQL databases, and CAD systems, especially SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM. Familiarity with Windows client and server operating systems, as well as advanced troubleshooting abilities, is essential. Perform system upgrades, installations, and hardware recommendations while minimizing production downtime. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
