Position Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesAdoption & Enablement Ownership
Own how the business becomes aware of, understands, and adopts EDI's data and analytics capabilities. Determine what enablement is needed to help business users correctly request, interpret, and consume data - heavily centered on AI-ready data - then design and deliver the training, guidance, and communication to meet it, so growing demand is served consistently and at scale.
Awareness & Communication
Strengthen data communication across Deltek, translating EDI's standards, processes, and capabilities into clear, business-usable guidance tailored to a variety of channels and audiences, from individual contributors to senior leaders. Showcase EDI updates and success stories via our Deltek SharePoint Page and in All Hands calls.
Self-Service & Adoption Resources
Build and maintain the enablement materials, job aids, and self-service resources that allow business users to engage EDI and consume AI-ready data independently and correctly, reducing reliance on one-to-one support as demand scales.
Adoption Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Own the adoption feedback loop end to end: gather where enablement is and isn't landing, and iterate training, support, and communication in response so adoption improves continuously rather than being published once and assumed.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with Business Engagement Partners, Data Quality Operations, and Portfolio Operations to align enablement with what EDI is delivering and how work flows through the organization, reinforcing consistent operating rhythms and accountability.
Adoption Measurement
Accountable for adoption outcomes. Partner with Data Quality Operations to establish and interpret meaningful measures of awareness and adoption, using them to direct where enablement effort goes next, without owning metrics definition or reporting development directly.

Qualifications
